VaSee–The Breath

VaSee1

VaSee is a Third Dimensional Portrait that names breathing. In a meditation map VaSee is a command to concentrate on breathing as it occurs naturally. Just feel the inhalation and exhalation of breath and follow its natural rhythm. VaSee usually appears in the beginning of a meditation. If it appears in the middle of the map it offers a break in the meditation before continuing on. VaSee has no breath modulation between the right and left nostrils nor holding the breath, that is the following Portrait.

InVaSee–Breath Modulation

VaSee2

InVaSee is a Fourth Dimension Portrait that names the entire collection of breath modulation in Rehnadee Shum. Breath modulation is the same as pranayama in yoga text. All breath modulation techniques are of the Fifth, Sixth or Seventh Dimensions. InVaSee acts as a placeholder with the value of Four Dimensions. Shum Images are added to InVaSee according to the breath modulation dimension requirements.

InVaSee is central to all meditations. Apart from early beginner level meditation with only VaSee which is teaches a Rehnaa to bring attention to the breath during meditation, later beginner level and up meditation maps will have InVaSee. InVaSee is used to energise and activate specific chakras which is necessary to achieve the goal of the meditation map. As a Rehnaa progresses in their meditations they will learn more and more breath modulations techniques which will enhance the health of their lungs as they enjoy its effects on their spiritual evolution.

This page will hold all the breath modulation techniques that are used in Rehnadee Shum.
